Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or Made-to-Order Items: These items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Used or Worn Products: Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Product Authenticity

All MR STYLES products are exclusively designed and manufactured by us. We do not sell third-party branded items. Therefore, returns based on claims such as “not a real brand product” will not be accepted.

Process of a Return

To request a return, follow these simple steps:

1. Email us at order@mr-styles.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number and a clear description (with photos if needed) of the issue.

3. Our support team will respond with approval and return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Include all original tags and packaging

• Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
